By accessing or using Ripitoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. All utilities are provided free of charge "as is" and "as available".

2. In-Browser Client Computation & Zero-Upload Promise

All tools work without an account. Accounts are optional and store only business profiles and dynamic QR links. Documents, invoices and tool data are never uploaded.

Our platform operates predominantly via client-side web technologies (WebAssembly, Web Crypto, HTML5 Canvas). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have adequate local hardware and backup copies of your source files.

3. Account Security & Credential Protection

If you create an optional account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and two-factor authentication recovery codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our utilities for transmitting malicious code, violating intellectual property rights, attacking system availability, or generating illegal materials.

5. Disclaimer on Calculations

Financial, tax, civil engineering, and health calculators are intended for informational estimation purposes and do not replace certified legal, accounting, medical, or engineering advice.
